Dr. Ratnadeep Patil - An Implantologist and a Cosmetic Dentist, Ratnadeep, is also an author, a researcher and a mentor. As an educator, he enthuses dentists to never stop learning. He is a born leader, the driving force behind the Smile Care® team and is avidly interested in wildlife.
Dr. Ashok Karad - An Orthodontist and an educator, Ashok heads the training and technical division of the company. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and skills as a photographer.
Dr. Pranati Patil - Besides practicing Pediatric Dentistry, Pranati leads the Clinical Services and HR divisions of the organization. She actively participates in research activities and has a keen liking for music and graphic designing.
Dr. Vaishali Karad - Apart from being an Orthodontist,Vaishali heads the Clinical Research and Product Development division at Smile Care®. She is responsible for the Publication division and enjoys traveling.
Dr. Vinesh Shetty - An excellent clinician, Vinesh specializes in Restorative and Implant Dentistry. He pilots the laboratory supply chain at Smile Care® and has an acute interest in music, graphic designing and cars.
